Clothing sampling process
From design to production, we can make your clothing samples

Discuss and finalize details of custom products like hoodies, pants, shorts, T-shirts, jeans, etc., with our sales team. -
Pay the sample fees. -
Sales personnel translate and organize your order information in Chinese, and print your order in paper form. -
Purchasing manager purchases fabric samples based on your order (usually takes 2-3 days to arrive at our factory, more if custom fabrics are out of stock). -
Plate maker will creates samples based on your order. -
Salesperson confirms size and process details with you via pictures or videos. If good, we proceed; if not, we remake the process. -
Salesperson shows you pictures or videos again for final confirmation or approval. If approved, we move to the next step; if not, we remake your sample. -
Packaging and shipping means that your sample order has been completed. -
You can test and confirm the quality of your samples, make modifications if needed, or accept and approve the samples we provide.
Mass production process of clothing

Salesperson confirms all details and translates your order into Chinese, printing it on paper. -
Designer will calculates the total fabric yarn needed based on your total quantity and arrange to produce pre-production samples for your bulk order. -
Purchasing manager will purchase the fabric based on your order, taking two to three days for fabric yarn purchase. -
Factory initiates production. -
After sewing, all clothes undergo ironing for a beautiful, wrinkle-free finish. -
After ironing is completed, all entire clothes will be cut and inspected for defects. We can share production status pictures or videos during the process if you have time. -
Next, each piece is packaged in a plastic bag. Customizing bags is possible with additional charges. Sales personnel confirm size quantities with the factory manager and report to you. -
The final step is transportation. Discuss and choose between air or sea freight with the sales personnel. After paying the shipping fee, we arrange shipment, packing all clothes in cardboard boxes. A Chinese freight forwarder ensures door-to-door or port-to-port delivery.
